United states

Us visa and residency applications

We are a full-service immigration law firm dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate the complex US immigration system.

The United States offers a variety of visa types and residency options to accommodate different purposes and durations of stay. Below is a breakdown of the different types of matters our agents service:

1. Non-immigrant visas are for temporary visits and categories:

  • Tourist visas (B-2)
  • Business visas (B-1)
  • Student Visas (F and M)
  • Work visas (H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, R)
  • Crewmembers (D)
  • Treaty investors and Traders (E)
  • Fiancé and Spouses (K)
  • Parents and children of GreenCard holders (N)

Each of these visas has specific eligibility criteria and restrictions, such as the need for a job offer or school acceptance for work and student visas, respectively.

2. Immigrant visas are for those seeking to live permanently in the U.S. These include the following categories:

  • Family-sponsored visas, (Immediate Relative and Family Preference visas)
  • Employment-based visas (EB-1 for individuals with extraordinary abilities and EB-5 for investors).

Once in the U.S. on an immigrant visa, individuals can apply for a Green Card, which grants lawful permanent residency. Green Card holders enjoy many rights similar to U.S. citizens but are not allowed to vote in federal elections. Ultimately, after meeting certain residency and eligibility requirements, Green Card holders can apply for U.S. citizenship through naturalisation, which provides full rights and responsibilities of citizenship.

Our experienced agents provide personalised and comprehensive  services tailored to your unique needs.
